How can I approach you if the website is causing an error?

In such a situation you can approach us by email. Email us all your queries and concerns related to our products, service, delivery at sales@europafashions.co.uk and our customer care team will respond you asap on the arrival of your email. We will ever ready to treat you in person by all means.

Do you offer a free delivery within UK?

We are offering a free delivery for our customers from the UK for an order valuing more than £200. For smaller orders you can check our delivery charges charts.

Is there a free delivery for the European customers?

For the purpose of shipping we have categorized our European working area into zones. We are offering a free shipping service for zones 1 – 4 on the order valuing more than £450 covering x1 box only. Any order that implies more than x1 box capacity has to pay additional fees.

What is the minimum amount order that can I place with Europa Fashions?

If you want to avail the free shipment or delivery option you have to place a minimum order of £200. Other than that we are open to entertain any order as per your demand.

At What hours I can visit your warehouse?

You’re most welcome. You can visit our warehouse at Birmingham at your will. Our customer care team is ever ready there to attend you. We are open to attend you from 9:00am - 6:00pm from Monday - Friday. You also can visit us on Sundays from 9:00am - 3:00pm. We are off on Saturday.

Can I use your photographs?

Our visual content is a subject to copyright law. No one can use our photographs or trade mark as per law. If someone found making a breach he has to face legal consequences.

Do I have to pay VAT as a European customer?

A standard UK VAT rate is applicable to all European customers.

How can I exchange or return a product?

On finding any fault with our product you can notify a return or refund within the two days after receiving your order. You have to mail us your order number with the SKU of the product. You also need to provide us your name, address and a description of the product with the reason of return on sales@europafashions.co.uk. Please make sure that the product should keep its original condition within 7 days of receiving. The product will remain your responsibility until it reaches us. So try to pack it well to avoid any damage on the route. We will send you a confirmation email within one day period on receiving your return. On receiving your returned item it will be exchanged, refunded or you will receive a credit note to use toward your next order. As per policy we use to deduct a 15% from the return to cover the restocking charges. This process will take its course within 5 days after receiving your return for UK and 7 days for international orders. No return postage will be paid by the company.

What are the means of payment that are acceptable for you?

You can pay through visa or master debit or credit cards as per your convenience. We are also accepting payments through PayPal.

How will I receive my order?

We are offering you two methods of delivery including a door step delivery and a Click & Collect option.

Door Step Delivery:

You can have your delivery at your door step by placing an order online at a very affordable price.

Click & Collect Service:

Our Click & Collect service is a 0 cost service. You simply have to place your order online and you can pick it from our Birmingham warehouse after 3-4 hours. You can avail this offer at 9:00am-6:00pm from Monday-Friday. You required to bring your ID along with your order which will be sent you through email. The door step delivery will take a time period with respect to your location and value of the order as per policy.
