FAQs

What payment options do you accept?

You can pay through visa or master debit or credit cards as per your convenience. We are also accepting payments through PayPal, Clearpay, and Klarna.

Do you offer free UK delivery?

Yes. We do offer free delivery to our UK customer, for purchases with an order value of £200 or more. For smaller orders, you can check out our delivery charges chart.

Is free delivery available for European customers?

For the purpose of shipping, we have categorised our European working areas into zones. We offer a free shipping service for those in zones 1-4, for purchases with an order value of £450 or more, covering one box only. Any order that requires more than one box capacity has to pay additional fees.

How will I receive my order?

We offer two methods of delivery, including door-step delivery, and a click & collect service.

• Door Step Delivery: You can have your order delivered to your door by placing an order online at a very affordable price.

• Click & Collect Service: Our Click & Collect service is free. You simply have to place your order online, and pick it up from our Birmingham warehouse 3-4 hours after placing the order. You can utilise this offer from 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday. You are required to bring your ID, along with your order confirmation which will be sent you through email. The door step delivery will take a time period with respect to your location and value of the order as per policy.

What is the minimum amount I can place an order for with Europa Fashions?

If you want to make good use of the free shipment or delivery option, you have to place a minimum order of £200. Other than that, we are open to entertain any order as per your demand.

Do I have to pay VAT as a European customer?

A standard UK VAT rate is applicable to all European customers.

Can I visit your warehouse in person?

Of course! You’re most welcome. You can visit our warehouse at Birmingham at your will. Our customer care team is ever ready there to attend you. We are open from 9:00am-6:00pm from Monday-Friday. You also can visit us on Sundays from 9:00am-3:00pm. We are closed on Saturday.

How do I exchange, or return a product?

On finding any fault with our product you can notify a return or refund within the two days after receiving your order. You have to mail us your order number with the SKU of the product. You also need to provide us your name, address and a description of the product with the reason for return on sales@europafashions.co.uk. Please ensure that the product is kept in its original condition within 7 days of receiving it. The product will remain your responsibility until it reaches us, so try to pack it well to avoid any damage on the route. We will send you a confirmation email within one day of receiving your return. On receiving your returned item it will be exchanged, refunded or you will receive a credit note to use toward your next order. As per policy we deduct a 15% from the return to cover the restocking charges. This process will take its course within 5 days after receiving your return for UK orders, and 7 days for international orders. No return postage will be paid by the company.

Can I use your photographs?

Our visual content is subject to copyright law. Therefore, no one can use our photographs or trade mark as per the law. If someone breaches these conditions, they have to face legal consequences.
