    Returns Policy

    If you wish to return an item or items to us please do so within 14 days of receipt. Please go to My Account and click ‘request return’ and fill in the form including all information needed for us to process your refund/exchange quickly and efficiently. Please ensure that you include your original invoice in the parcel to help us process your refund.

    Returned item(s) must reach us in the original packaging and saleable condition. If the item(s) are faulty please state clearly the issue in return form. If the returned item(s) are not suitable for re-sale then we do reserve the right to refuse a refund. Once we receive your items back we will refund you excluding the original delivery charge. You are liable for the cost of returning item(s).

    Please note
    If the item(s) we send you are faulty/incorrect please contact us on customerservices@europafashions.co.uk. Postage costs are only refunded if the item(s) are faulty/incorrect.

    For hygiene reasons we do not accept any lingerie or underwear for returns and refunds. We do advise you to send your item(s) back to us using a tracked service i.e. Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. This service will provide you with a tracking number which will help you track your parcel.

    Please always check that the parcel has been delivered to us through the online track and trace service provided by your chosen courier, before you contact customer services as the parcel is your responsibility until it is delivered to us. We strongly advise you to use a tracked service when you send item(s) back to us as we are unable to process a refund or exchange without the original item(s).

     


    7 Days cooling off period

    Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you as a customer have 7 working days from the day you receive your item(s) to cancel the contract for your order with us. To do this you MUST inform us in writing to the address above.

    For the contract to be cancelled you MUST return ALL items in your order in their original unopened packaging and suitable for re-sale. These items must not be worn or used in any way.

    Using our online returns form is NOT considered a cancellation of your order. This must be in writing to our returns address above for the purposes of your statutory rights to cancel the contract.


    Incorrect, faulty or damaged items

    Once you receive your order if any of the items are incorrect, damaged or faulty, please fill in the returns form online and post the item(s) back to us. You have 14 days from receipt of a faulty item to do this.

    We strongly advise you to use a tracked delivery service. Please include tracking receipt in return parcel and we will refund the cost. However please take note of the tracking number so you can track your parcel. Please note we can only refund when we receive the item(s).


    Refunds

    We will refund you using the same method originally used.
    If you cancel your contract under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 7 day cooling off period, then you will be entitled to a full refund including the original delivery charge.

    This also applies to any faulty or incorrect items sent out to you. However any item(s) returned outside the 7 day cooling off period will NOT be entitled to a refund of the original delivery charge.


    Exchanges

    Please return the item(s) you wish to exchange to us including your original invoice and a note requesting an exchange. We do charge a re-delivery fee to send out your exchange, therefore please contact us to arrange payment of this. Once your exchange has been processed we will email you to let you know this has been done.


    Please Note

    We strongly advise you when trying on items that you make sure perfumes/deodorants/smoke etc. do not leave marks or scents on the items. We will not accept the return of used or soiled items.
